- optional tags start with a small o, e.g. <oSharedMemoryOutput>, all tags 
  not marked with the small 'o' are mandatory

- tags like <XXXXSettings> are so-called section tags and they wrap a 
  section of subsettings

- xml config files may contain as main tag <CIniExWrap>, by this they are 
  compatible to old-style read/write of ini files

- values are in general case insensitive!
  (but don't forget that XML itself is case sensitive (tags etc.)

- values that are possible are
   - string
     (may contain boolean string(1= 'yes' or 'on' 0='no' or 'off')
   - integer
   - double

- because of limitation of parser and lack of support of CIniEX ini file 
  wrapper, only values are supported, NO attributes!
